Short one today. Spent time reviewing and testing a few pull requests in the Budgie Desktop repo related to screen locking and dimming, default session (including no longer building our old WM code by default), labwc settings bridge, etc. Thanks David (fossfreedom) for all the great work on that, what a guy! We had some discussions on what remaining tasks we have for Budgie 10.10 to be released, various plans around that including release timing, and overall plans for 2025. Filed a couple TODO Wayland porting tasks on our issue tracker and dropped a few non-Wayland related items from it. I won't spoil anything here, on Monday I will get a Buddies of Budgie blog post up with the details. Keep an eye out over there!
